Daquan Skipper, 27, was sentenced this week to eight years in prison for the July 2023 robbery of the driver, when he took his scooter and cell phone in Northeast DC. Armed Burglar Caught Fleeing Across Reston Golf Course A man who broke into a home and robbed a woman at gunpoint was arrested after attempting to flee across a Fairfax County golf course, police said. The man broke into a home on the 2200 block of Stone Wheel Drive in Reston and robbed the woman at gunpoint. Police said only that he then tried to flee across a nearby golf course. While police did not say which golf course he fled through, the closest is Reston National Golf Course is located approximately one mile away. He was quickly apprehended, police said.

Donnell Tyquan Epps was heading north at a high rate of speed on Redwing Drive in a 1985 Chevrolet Monte Carlo when he lost control of the car and left the roadway around 2:30 a.m. near Shallow Court, county police said.
