Chappaqua State Of Emergency Extended Until Noon Monday

CHAPPAQUA, N.Y. --  New Castle Supervisor  Susan Carpenter extended the town's State of Emergency until 12 p.m. on Monday,  Nov. 5.

During the emergency period, no one may park or leave a car unattended on any street or highway.  Any car left unattended could be towed at the owner's expense.
