According to police, Jackson was involved in a three-car motor vehicle collision that occurred on the parkway on Sunday, Dec. 20 at approximately 3:30 p.m.
When troopers arrived, Jackson was found to be intoxicated following an investigation conducted by the arresting officer, police said.
Jackson provided a positive breath sample that revealed a blood alcohol content at almost twice the legal limit, according to police.
He was charged with driving while intoxicated and issued traffic tickets. Jackson is scheduled to appear in court in the Town of Greenburgh on Jan. 7.
