Xiaohu Liu, 53, of Briarcliff Manor was recovered by the Yorktown Heights Fire Department marine unit around 1 p.m. Sunday from the Croton Reservoir, said Trooper A.J. Hicks, public information officer for Troop K.
Although the event remains under investigation, Hicks said Liu’s death is “consistent with suicide.”
