BRIARCLIFF MANOR, N.Y. -- The SPCA of Westchester has named a polydactyl cat as its Pet of the Week.
Mitts, whose polydactyl condition has left her with an abnormal number of toes on one foot, is ready for her forever home, according to SPCA officials.
"She's a friendly, playful tabby who enjoys the company of people, but she'd really prefer to be your only feline friend in the home," said a statement from the SPCA.
According to the SPCA, Mitts has a "fun, outgoing personality."
