White Plains Hospital Gala At Trump National In Briarcliff Honors CEO

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- The tenure of White Plains Hospital chief executive officer Jon B. Schandler, who plans on retiring in the spring, was celebrated as the Auxiliary of White Plains Hospital hosted its annual gala on Saturday, Nov. 1 at the Trump National Golf Club in Briarcliff Manor.

More than 500 guests attended to honor Schandler, who has been chief executive officer of White Plains Hospital since 1981 and plans to retire in the spring.

Presentations from Hospital Board of Directors Chairman J. Michael Divney, President Susan Fox, physician leaders and a surprise appearance by former NFL linebacker Carl Banks were highlights of the sold-out event, which raised more than $500,000 for White Plains Hospital programs and services.
