GREENBURGH, N.Y. -- One of the topics at the recent Greenburgh Central School District's Superintendent's Tea was a partnership with the National Youth Football Organization (NYFO) to sponsor a spring non-contact football league and training for students ages 5-18.

Among the speakers in the packed room were retired NFL football players Fred Baxter and Rob Carpenter, who announced the news about the partnership. All training and games will be held on Woodlands fields.

Greenburgh is the first school district in New York and one of the first in the nation to be sponsoring a partnership with NYFO. Click here and on the District website here for more information about registering.
