Briarcliff's Director of Technology Earns Lhric Pioneer Award

BRIARCLIFF, N.Y. -- Briarcliff Manor School District director of technology Erica Beasley won the Lower Hudson Regional Information Center Pioneer Award for leadership and innovation in technology.

Beasley was acknowledged during the LHRIC’s 2016 annual Pioneer Awards at Edith Macy Conference Center on May 13. The Pioneer Awards are presented each year to a school district, teacher and director of technology from the Westchester, Putnam and Rockland county region in recognition for innovative uses of technology that change teaching and learning.

Beasley was specifically recognized for being a positive leader in moving technology forward in Briarcliff Manor, as well as by showcasing a passion for educational technology and launching initiatives that have sparked innovative change in the district.
