Briarcliff Junior Earns Recognition In Scholastic Art, Writing Awards

Bombassei’s personal essay, “Caution: Do NOT Associate Losing with Dying” received an honorable mention nod in the Hudson-to-Housatonic region. 

The award winners are selected by a jury panel of professional novelists, editors, teachers, poets, librarians, journalists and other professionals from a pool of approximately 1,800 submissions. 

Bombassei will be honored along with the other regional winners at an awards ceremony March 6 at Manhattanville College.
