BRIARCLIFF MANOR, N.Y. -- Briarcliff High School filmmakers walked the red carpet and took home prizes from the Hendrick Hudson Film Festival on May 17.
The festival included more than 90 submissions from more than 20 school districts. Briarcliff High School senior Michael Price earned first place in the festival’s comedy category for his film “Stationed.”
In addition, students Jessica Carlasco, Ross Lachtman, Rebecca Strauss and Annabella Wolfson earned an honorable mention for “Slaps and Roses.”
“Siblings,” a film created by the Future Filmmakers Club, also earned an honorable mention award.
