Strawgate Code was named in the publication’s second quarter issue article, “Winning Sales Strategies From the County’s Top Sales Pros. ” She has been a top producer for Houlihan Lawrence for over 12 years.
In the article, Strawgate Code, a graduate of SUNY Albany and Fordham Law School, stresses the need for communication among clients, brokers, bankers and attorneys as the key element of home sales.
In 2012, Strawgate Code ranked fourth of the 1157 agents in her area of Westchester and 47th out of 8027 agents countywide.
She is a 24-year resident of Briarcliff, where she raised two children, and resides with her husband, Howard. She is an active community volunteer, and serves on the gala committee for Friends of Karen's 35th anniversary. She has been a Friends of Karen volunteer for 10 years.
