Democrats Win In Ossining Municipal Elections

OSSINING, N.Y. -- Democrats continue to control the Ossining Town and Village Boards according to unofficial results from the Westchester County Board of Elections.

Democrat Dana Levenberg defeated John Perillio, who is running on the Conservative line in the race for supervisor, 2,555 votes to 1,607 votes, 61 percent to 39 percent.

Democrats Karen D'Attore and Elizabeth Feldman were elected to the town board with 2,501 and 2,484 votes, respectively. Michael Milner and Aaron Spring, who are running on the Conservative line, trailed with 1,576 votes and 1,495 votes, respectively.

Democrat incumbent Rika Levin defeated Republican challenger Luke Carbonaro in the race to fill an unexpired term on the village board 1408 votes to 848 votes, 62 percent to 38 percent.

Democrats Quantel Bazemore and incumbent Manuel Quezada ran unopposed for two seats on the village board.
