Yorktown Man Charged With Stealing Thousands In Property From Parked Car

YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- A Yorktown man already in the Weschester County Jail, was arrested again on Thursday by Yorktown police for stealing thousands in property from a parked car, according to the Yorktown Police.

Alexander Hoy, 27, was arrested on a warrant on charges of grand larceny following an investigation into an incident that occurred on Sept. 19 in which he is accused of entering a parked car without the permission of the homeowner, and stole property valued at $1,525, police said.

Hoy was processed and returned to jail after failing to make the $25,000 bail. He is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 3.
