Yorktown Man, 23, Pulled Over For Loud Muffler Charged With Felony DWI

YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- A Yorktown man was charged with felony DWI after police pulled him over for having a loud muffler and speeding Sunday.

Christopher Walker, 23, was charged with a felony because he had a previous conviction in the last 10 years. He was also charged with driving with a blood alcohol content greater than .18, a felony. 

Walker was released on his own recognizance and is due back in Yorktown Town Court on May 9.
