State Police Dish Out 64 Tickets In Seatbelt Enforcement Roadcheck

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- New York State Police conducted a "Buckle Up New York" seatbelt enforcement detail on Route 35 in Somers on Thursday.

During the road check Troopers issued 64 tickets: 41 for seatbelt violations, 21 for speeding and two for other infractions.
