Police: Briarcliff Manor Home's Garage Burglarized

BRIARCLIFF MANOR, N.Y. - A home on Briarbrook Drive in Briarcliff Manor was burglarized earlier this week, according to Briarcliff Manor Police.

Police said that at 4:18 p.m. on Feb. 25, a woman living at the residence on Briarbrook reported to police that multiple items were stolen from boxes in her garage attached to the house. Police are investigating the incident and did not disclose any information on what items were missing or their monetary value. No arrests have been made.

  • Briarcliff police said that on Jan. 26, at about 5 p.m., a woman living on Pleasantville Road in Briarcliff reported that a suspicious man was ringing her doorbell and that she did not want to answer it. Police said that upon arriving at the scene, they found the man and it was determined he was a construction worker who was working in the area; no criminal activity was suspected.
