Rachael Mattice, 24, who was last seen on June 22, when she left upstate Johnstown for the family's remote campsite in Wells, showed up at her parents' home and is at a local hospital, according to Fox News.

During Mattice's disappearance, the family had contacted the young woman's idol, singer Shania Twain, in an effort to bring news coverage to the case. Twain responded by sending out a tweet asking for help in the investigation, said Fox News.

Mattice, a home health-care aide, lived at the camp in order to work in the area. There was no cell service at the camp, but when the young woman had texted her mother when she arrived at the camp, that was the last anyone heard from her until now, added Fox News.
