Ex-Mount Pleasant Chief Facing Child Porn Charges Denied Weekend Pass

MOUNT PLEASANT, N.Y.— A federal judge has denied former Mount Pleasant Police Chief Brian Fanelli's request to attend a niece's graduation in Georgia this weekend, LoHud reports. Fanelli is under house arrest, facing child pornography charges.

Fanelli has been under house detention since his arrest. However, he is permitted to leave for certain reasons. He is also required to wear an electronic monitor.
