Mary A. Coletti, 56, of Cortlandt Manor, is charged with felony driving while intoxicated, police said.

The charge stemmed from a 7 a.m. accident, when Coletti's bus sideswiped a telephone pole on Red Mill Road in Cortlandt, according to police.

About 35 students from Walter Panas High School were on the bus, and a few said they sustained minor injuries, police said.

Coletti’s blood alcohol level was .13, according to police.

She was ordered to appear in court again on Monday, May 18, in the Cortlandt Town Court.

State police are still investigating the accident.

Witnesses to the collision are asked to call State Police Investigator Sean J. Morgan with the Cortlandt Barracks, at 914-737-7171.
