Capuano was born Dec. 4, 1949, to Folco and Loretta Capuano. He was the proprietor of Pizza King in Mount Vernon for 40 years.
Capuano is survived by his wife, JoAnn; mother, Loretta; daughters, Kristal Capuano, Franca Rossignuolo and Michelle Capuano-Bochow; brother, Mario Capuano; and four grandchildren.
Family will receive friends at the funeral on Friday, Oct. 18, and Saturday, Oct. 19, from 4 to 8 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 21, at Our Lady of Victory Church.
