BRIARCLIFF MANOR, N.Y. – Dr. Harvey F. Perlow of Briarcliff Manor died Feb. 11 at Greenwich Hospital after a brief illness. He was 62.
Born Nov. 8, 1950, in New York City, he was the son of Phyllis and Harold Perlow. He practiced dentistry in midtown Manhattan for more than 35 years.
His true joy was passing on his knowledge of the game of basketball, his family said. He excelled in basketball in his youth and was inducted into the Lehman College Athletics Hall of Fame in 2009 for his achievements.
He is survived by his mother; and two sons, David and Michael.
Funeral services were held Wednesday at Plaza Jewish Community Chapel in New York City.
