What’s closed: • All Briarcliff Manor School Districts schools will be closed. • Mount Pleasant and Ossining town offices will be closed. • Briarcliff Post Offices will be closed. • Briarcliff and Ossining public libraries will be closed. • Most banks will be closed. • All courts and state and federal government offices will be closed.

What’s open: • Check with individual restaurants and retail outlets for any special holiday hours Thursday.
