All Briarcliff Manor School Districts schools.
Mount Pleasant and Ossining town offices.
Post Offices.
Briarcliff and Ossining public libraries.
Most banks.
All courts and state and federal government offices.

What's open:

Both the Jacob Burns Film Center in Pleasantville and the Saw Mill Multiplex in Hawthorne will be open.
Check with individual restaurants and other retail outlets for any special holiday hours on Wednesday.
