It may come as a surprise, but the driver who recorded the dash-cam video of the Tappan Zee Bridge crash involving a tractor-trailer carrying scrap metal said he wasn't scared.

Qing Chang, 50, of Ardsley, who was on his way to work when the truck overturned around 9 a.m. Friday told CBS New York he didn't get scared because he didn't have time to during the seconds the accident occurred.

Incredibly, no one was injured in the crash, including the truck driver.

The accident resulted in all lanes on the bridge being closed initially and the northbound lanes being closed for nearly five hours.

Among the thousands of motorists delayed during the Friday the 13th accident was former President Bill Clinton, who was en route to a campaign rally in Passaic County, New Jersey.

It also forced a Piermont woman to give birth in a parking lot off the roadway.
