The organizers of football games, sidewalk sales, harvest festivals and a full roster of weather-dependent weekend events, will have to keep an eye on the skies.
Rain is forecast -- again -- for Saturday afternoon, with a high temperature of 66 degrees.
Sunday is expected to be mostly cloudy, with a 20 percent chance of rain, and a high of only 63 degrees.
The brightest spot in the forecast? At least the dip in temperatures should mean that the late summer crop of aggressive mosquitoes that settled in after Hurricane Irene will stop biting this weekend.
