A serious multi-vehicle accident caused stop-and-go delays for much of the Monday evening commute on the northbound Taconic State Parkway along the Ossining/Yorktown border.
The accident, reported at 5:45 p.m., was between Route 134 and Underhill Avenue, with backups to Pinesbridge Road.
