SPCA Shelter In Briarcliff Sells 'My Dogs' Posters To Raise Funds

BRAIRCLIFF MANOR, N.Y. -- Henry Bismuth, an internationally renowned artist, recently adopted a Lab/Shar Pei mix from the SPCA of Westchester, and renamed the dog Coco Chanel.

Bismuth decided to paint Coco, and her brother Monty and named the finished portrait "My Dogs." 

To help raise funds for the shelter's Adult Dog Adoption Program, Bismuth is donating copies of the 12 inch by 18 inch poster versions of the painting to the SPCA for them to sell. 

The shelter is selling the posters for $25, and they can be purchased online at www.spca914.org, or in the gift shop at the shelter, at 590 N. State Road, Briarcliff Manor. 

The shelter it is the only humane society in Westchester County empowered to enforce laws relating to animal cruelty. It receives no federal, state, or county funds.
