BRIARCLIFF MANOR, N.Y. -- Sadie, an 8-year-old well-trained and playful girl described as "snuggly," "gorgeous" and "super smart," is the SPCA of Westchester's Pet of the Week.

Said to be trained in Canine Life and Social Skills (C.L.A.S.S.), Sadie is ready to say, "see ya to shelter life," according to the SPCA.

She is an Akita/boxer mix who may "have a little grey in the muzzle," but is quite energetic.
