CORTLANDT, N.Y. -- A stretch of northbound Route 9 has reopened Friday morning in Cortlandt after a dump truck that rolled over was towed from the area.
The closure, between Route 9A and Welcher Avenue, began just before 7 a.m., leading to traffic backups to Senasqua Road.
