The National Weather Service predicted heavy snowfall and high winds through Saturday morning for the Westchester County area forcing schools in Briarcliff Manor to have early dismissal Friday morning. All after-school activities in the Briarcliff Manor, as well as local recreation and village government events also were canceled for Friday and Saturday.
