- A 31-year-old Port Chester man who teaches math at Ossining High School pleaded guilty to third-degree rape of a student, according to a report.
- St. Luke's Steel Band is slated to perform at Faith Lutheran Brethren Church on Sept. 22 in Briarcliff Manor. The band has won awards from the Arts Council of Greater New Haven and the Virginia Beach Panorama Caribbean Music Fest.
