As a result of Weeks’ resignation and a scheduling conflict for the deputy chair, the Planning Board meeting regarding High View Farm will not be held Tuesday, Dec. 2, said town Supervisor Susanne Donnelly in a press release.

The Planning Board spot vacated by Weeks’ resignation will be publicly posted for applications after the Thanksgiving holiday.

“We thank him for his many years of service to the town in this important role,” Donnelly said.

The next Planning Board meeting will be sometime in January.

“At that time, we hope to once again have a full Planning Board available to meet with applicants,” Donnelly said.
