OSSINING, N.Y. A Peekskill man and an Ossining man were arrested and charged with being involved in a crack cocaine sale near Spring Street and Broad Avenue on Wednesday at around 8:40 p.m., police said.
Ronald Cheeks, 65, of Paulding Street in Peekskill, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree, a misdemeanor, and Antoine Douglas, 27, of Hunter Street in Ossining, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd degree, a felony, and Tampering with Evidence, also a felony, police said.
