The driver's car apparently rolled over and struck a tree about 4 p.m., Saturday, near Roaring Brook Road, which had been closed for construction on the Metro-North Railroad tracks, LoHud reported.

The cause of the crash, which caused heavy delays on the parkway, has not yet been determined, according to LoHud. Westchester County police were investigating.
