A major hospital merger is underway as Northern Westchester Hospital has signed a letter of intent to join the North Shore-LIJ Health System.

State Trooper John Vescio was one of the six injured when two cars collided and caught fire at the Mobil Gas Station on the Hutchinson River Parkway.

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Inc. announced its expansion in Westchester County.
