WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- An accident on the northbound Hutchinson River Parkway caused delays during the Monday morning commute.

The accident, between Webster Avenue (Exit 16) and Wilmot Road (Exit 19) in New Rochelle was reported at 7:24 a.m.

It resulted in stop-and-go delays of up to 20 minutes.
