BRIARCLIFF MANOR, N.Y. Congratulations to Rosemary Hermann for identifying the location of this picture!

Hermann said the photo is located on Pleasantvile Road in the village, the new sitting area next to the gas station. Correct!

There are a few benches and a pavilion in the sitting area next to a clock tower.
