Columbia Doctors Join Hudson Valley Hospital Center

CORTLANDT MANOR, N.Y. -- In a continued expansion of its medical staff, Hudson Valley Hospital Center welcomed 23 new physicians to its staff.

Among those appointed to the medical staff on Monday, Sept. 8, were 14 physicians who are members of Columbia Doctors group. The group has offices in Ossining, Briarcliff, Buchanan, Croton-on-Hudson and Sleepy Hollow.

The doctors are: David Christensen, internal medicine; Richard Findling, gastroenterology; Bruce Heckman, internal medicine; Christy Joyce, internal medicine; David Kauvar, internal medicine; Irina Kylatis, family practice; Gary Lehrman, pulmonary medicine; Bindu Mathew, family practice; Edward Merker, family practice; Dora Piccirilli, family practice; Frank Sokora, family practice; Charles Starke, internal medicine; Richard Strongwater, family practice; and Mary Wolfe, internal medicine. Dr. Arthur J. Pidoriano, president of HVHC’s medical staff, welcomed the group at a medical staff meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 9.
