Briarcliff Ragamuffin Parade Cancelled

BRIARCLIFF MANOR, N.Y. – A Halloween Ragamuffin Parade that was scheduled for Saturday morning has been cancelled due to predicted cold weather and a chance of snow.

A comedic performance by "juggling legend" Ned Gelfars is still planned for 10 a.m. inside the Briarcliff fire house on Pleasantville Road.

"Ned Gelfars is an extremely funny guy. Audiences laugh themselves silly at this show full of juggling, magic, unicycling and an incredible amount of hilarious, good-natured audience participation," Briarcliff Recreation Department officials said in a press release.

Refreshments will be served after the show and children will receive a Halloween treat bag.
