The fun, annual event that adds that special touch of magic to the season for children is the brainchild of the Briarcliff Manor Recreation Department and the Briarcliff Manor Post Office and their "Letters to Santa" program.

The letter writing event is open to all children who live in the Village of Briarcliff Manor or its school district

Santa will respond to each child with a personal letter.

To receive a letter from Santa, children should make their lists and address them them to: Santa Claus, North Pole.

Remember to include the child's name and address. No postage is necessary.

Place the letter in the "Letters to Santa" mailbox located at the Briarcliff Manor Post Office or at the Recreation Office at 3 Library Road.

Santa will reply to all letters received by Tuesday, Dec. 13.
