WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- An accident on westbound I-287 in Westchester caused delays during the Thursday afternoon commute.
The accident occurred between the exits to the Hutchinson River Parkway and I-684 in White Plains.
The accident was reported at 5:50 p.m.
