Charlie Is SPCA Of Westchester Pet Of The Week

BRIARCLIFF, N.Y. -- Charlie, a six-year-old Jack Russell Terrier/Chihuahua mix is a happy dog who's got a lot of personality and is looking for a new home, the SPCA said.

Charlie is a friendly dog, but he can be fearful around strangers, the SPCA said. SPCA officials said he is selective with his dog friends (he prefers them small like himself) and would be happiest in an adult only home.
