Saturday, Feb. 23

Beginner Yoga At Ossining Library: 11 a.m. Preregistration is required for this free event for teens and adults. For more information and to register, contact the Teen Room at 914-941-2416, Ext. 336.  Bring a yoga mat and blanket. Yoga is taught by trained instructor Catherine Riedel. Ossining Public Library, 53 Croton Ave., Ossining.

Winter Farmers Market: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Down to Earth Markets begins the first-ever Ossining Winter Farmers Market at Spring and Main streets in downtown Ossining. The market's vendors will include Amazing Real Live Food Company, Baked by Susan, Bread Alone, Feather Ridge Farm, Gajeski Produce, Hudson River Apiaries, Meredith’s Country Bakery, Migliorelli Farm, The Pastures, Pickle Licious, Pika’s Farm Table, Pura-Vida Fisheries and Tierra Farm. The winter market will run Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. through May 18.

Author Visit to Atria Briarcliff Manor: 3:30 p.m. Author Caitlin Kelly will be discussing her book “Malled: My Unintentional Career in Retail.” She will also talk about her career as writer and will sell and sign her books.
