Try Obstacle Course At Armonk Urgent Care Family Day

ARMONK, N.Y. -- An obstacle course, outdoor fitness classes, and pumpkin painting are on tap Saturday, Oct. 1 (rain date Oct. 2) at a one-year anniversary celebration of an urgent care facility in Armonk.

A free "Family Day" is coming to White Plains Hospital Medical & Wellness in Armonk.

White Plains Hospital Medical & Wellness, Equinox Armonk, and Burke Rehabilitation will mark the occasion with three hours of free family fun.

A Ted E. Bear Clinic (and free teddy bears to the first 100 kids), raffles, music, child seat safety inspections, and food trucks are planned.

On-site flu shots will be available.

The event is a chance to meet doctors and tour the facility where ear infections, strep throat, and stitches, among minor emergencies are treated.
