Norwalk Young Writers' Club Meets With Author At Library

NORWALK, Conn. -- Young writers, ever want to learn how to express all those creative stories rolling around in your head?

Norwalk Library Writers Club for children in grades 3rd to 7th will have a chance to meet with guest author Leslie Woods (shown with her illustrator Robin Nelson) from 4 to 5 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 18 at the library.

Then you won't want to miss the next meeting of the Norwalk Library Writers Club with guest author Leslie Woods from 4 to 5 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 18.

Woods, author of "Open the Gates of San Jerónimo! (¡Abre los Portones de San Jerónimo!)," will work with writers in third through seventh grade on how to develop their writing skills. 

Along with learning about Woods' writing adventures, she will also talk about her book based on her childhood adventures on her “Grampa’s” farm in Costa Rica.
