Homicide Charges Dismissed Against Yonkers Couple

YONKERS, N.Y. – A Westchester judge dismissed negligent homicide charges against Yonkers couple Nicole Diggs and her husband, Oscar Thomas, in relation to the death of Diggs’ 8-year-old disabled daughter in 2012, reports News 12 Westchester.

The judge ruled that because the grand jury never saw the couples’ interrogations, the integrity of the jury was “impaired” according to the report.
