The new-to-DVD release will be on the Briarcliff Manor Public Library's big screen at 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 11 at the library at 1 Library Road in Briarcliff Manor, according to a notice from the library. "The Croods," rated PG, tells the story of a caveman family that "must trek through an unfamiliar fantastical world with the help of an inventive boy," according to IMDb.
Residents are invited to bring their own snacks to enjoy while watching the film on Friday, Briarcliff Manor Public Library representatives said in the notice. No registration is required for the event.
