The Riveras' philanthropic work includes the restoration of a New Rochelle church which currently houses the Refuge of Hope, a congregation where music plays a crucial role.
The celebratory dinner will also honor longtime Music Conservatory trustee Robert Heath of Armonk with the Distinguished Leadership Award and faculty member Dorothy Hones will be honored with the Conservatory's Lifetime Achievement Award. The first recipients of the Clara and Mariano Rivera Music Scholarship will also be introduced.
Broadway stars Lena Hall and Constantine Maroulis will perform a musical revue as tribute to the honorees following the award presentations.
