Dominican Sisters Family Health Appoints Nicol As VP

OSSINING, N.Y. – Dominican Sisters Family Health Service Inc. has announced the appointment of Roland N. Nicol Sr. as vice president of business development.

In his new role as a member of the executive team, Nicol will focus on initiation, development and continuation of contractual relationships with referrals for all agency divisions, especially in new expansion areas. He will have the responsibility for negotiating business arrangements with key referral partners and he will act as a customer relations liaison, with referral sources, to build strong working relationships.

Nicol has 20 years of experience in health care.

Before joining DSFHS, Nicol was employed at Visiting Nurse Service of New York, heading provider relations and network development for VNSNY Choice.

Nicol has Bachelor's of Science and master's degrees in organizational leadership, both from Nyack College.
