The company's team was one of many to take to the Croton area streets on Sunday for the 5K walk, fun run and 10K race. More than 1,000 people took part.

For Hudson Valley Graphic Design, the work started much earlier. For the past seven years, the Croton-based firm has donated time and talent to create designs for the event, which raises funds to provide food for those in need.

This year, the firm incorporated the Croton Dam Spillway, which is a community icon, into the finished navy-colored design that is printed on tee shirts, medals, posters and signage for the event.

The firm also helped to promote the Run Against Hunger through all their social media platforms and client email blasts.

“The Run Against Hunger is a great cause and we are proud to be associated with their tremendous success through the years, and to have our staff and team participate in the event as well,” said Janeen Violante, owner and lead designer for the project.

Hudson Valley Graphic Design has been offering smart design solutions and brand consultation to businesses for over three decades and can help businesses of all sizes and needs. To learn more, visit the firm's website.
